
4 Keys to sell my house fast
• FIRST KEY •
Determination is the first key to achieving what you are set out to do.

Many times, I talk to clients who tell me that they are not in a hurry, or that for them the sale of their property is not urgent or decisive. Can you imagine?
What does usually happen in these cases? The property simply doesn´t get sold. Why is that? Because in my experience, this sentence is the perfect excuse for wanting to sell at a high price or with unattractive conditions in a market that is becoming more and more demanding and intelligent.
And the problem goes further than that. Not only is the property not sold, but in the mind of the potential buyer, the house becomes hackneyed, we burn the property and when we really need to sell it, it will cost us much more effort and money.
So the first key, without any doubt, is to be clear that you want to sell your property.
• SECOND KEY •
This first factor leads me to the second key. In order to do this, I have to know how to answer the following questions:
- What type of property am I going to sell?
- Who specialises in selling this type of properties?
By knowing the answers to these questions, I will be able to find the most suitable real estate agent for the sale of my property. We all have a friend who does this for a living, but not all of our friends will have access to the right clients to sell the property.
If we try to sell a property in the wrong place, the result can be very frustrating. So, the second key is to know which estate agent will help me with the selling process.
• THIRD KEY •
Once I have decided that I want to sell my house and with whom I am going to do it, the third key is to get advice from a good real estate agent and find out, with contrasted data, what is the right price to achieve it. The emotional value, unfortunately, only exists in the head of the seller and very few people will be willing to pay for it. This is something I insist on a lot in order to make the selling process a success.
OK, now I know I want to sell my house, I also know who I want to sell it with and how much they would be willing to pay for it. Now what?
• FOURTH KEY •
Now with the help of my property consultant and before I find a potential buyer, I have to make sure that all the documentation is in order and ready to be transferred. That helps to make the experience more pleasant and successful for all parties.
